Oregon Rain Soap offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns: if you are in any way unsatisfied with our products please contact us at 503-612-0200 or jrzeigler@oregonrainsoap.com to receive a return authorization number. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. We will not accept any return items without an authorization number.

Shipping: All orders are shipped from Sherwood, Oregon. If you have special requests please email us at jrzeigler@oregonrainsoap.com  before you order and we will be happy to help with any requests.

Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. All payments are in U.S. funds. Checks must be cleared by the bank before we send out the order.

Damage Claims: Inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. All damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of acceptance of package.

Disclaimer: Since we hand make and hand pour each batch of soap, each batch may differ slightly in color and may differ slightly in scent. We do our best to keep each batch consistent with the next and offer only the highest quality possible.
