Returns Policy: We guarentee our products so if you are in any way unsatisfied with our products please contact us at 503-612-0200 or email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. We will not accept any return items without an authorization number. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Damage Claims: Inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. All damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of acceptance of package.
Disclaimer: Since we hand make and hand pour each batch of soap, each batch may differ slightly in color and may differ slightly in scent. We do our best to keep each batch consistent with the next and offer only the highest quality possible.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from Sherwood, Oregon 97140. We ship all over the United States. If you have special requests to ship outside of the United States please call us at (503) 612-0200 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. All payments are in U.S. funds. Checks must be cleared by the bank before we send out the order.
